Reality OEM Pty. Ltd. was founded in 2012 by corporate engineering managers that returned to their real engineering roots. We pride ourselves in our straightforward and honest approach to tackle engineering problems in a realistic and pragmatic fashion . We call it Reality Engineering – the ability to turn an abstract idea into reality as simply as possible.

A passionate core team has been built as the engine of our business. Apart from our permanent staff, we offer access to consulting specialists, when and where required, as part of our complete service.

Our consultation model allows our clients to utilise the knowledge of specialists on a part time basis, thereby reducing development costs and prolonged resource engagement.

Most of our projects are undertaken for returning customers, because we are client focused and solution orientated. We enjoy engaging with people and cherish long term relationships.
